Russian speaking Senior Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – remote at Transparent Hiring

We are looking for a creative Senior Online Marketing Manager, with experience in online marketing to join our marketing team and promote our B2C services online with various methods.

This is a full-time, full-remote position.

Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, our team is distributed from Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.

Responsibilities:

• Define our online marketing strategy together with the company founders.
• Design and improve our online marketing funnels (customer journey) to generate leads and subscribers.
• Create and optimize landing and product pages, forms, email and message sequences to improve conversion.
• Work with our SMM specialists on the marketing funnels that involve social media.
• Track performance and build reports for our marketing funnels.
• Explore and implement efficient ways to increase our reach and generate leads, for example:
• CPC ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, Yandex etc
• Influencer marketing,
• SEO optimization and content marketing,
• Any other online marketing ideas that you convince us of.

Requirements:

• Fluent English OR German (C1 level)
• Fluent in Russian
• Experience in online marketing in a similar setting
• You are highly skilled in what you do and you enjoy doing your work
• Attention to detail and a high standard for the quality of delivered results
• High literacy and the ability to write easy-to-understand texts
• You like to learn new tools quickly
• Real-world experience with either Google/Yandex ads OR Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn targeting. Ability to set up and manage ad campaigns, test hypotheses, improve conversion and CPC
• Ability to work on a large number of diverse tasks, self-organize, and prioritize ruthlessly

Nice to have:

• You use AI tools in your daily work and stay up-to-date with trends
• Experience with organizing webinars, meetups or other events is a plus
• Experience designing and implementing email marketing sequences is a plus
• Experience designing chatbots is a plus
• Experience with publishing content via CMS like WordPress is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience with website SEO optimization is a plus
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar tools is a plus
