About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and User Research:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user flows and interfaces.

• Ensure all designs align with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

UI/UX Development:

• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all digital touchpoints.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user problems, and communicate design rationale.

• Present design concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Design Applications , or similar.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion design including animations or micro-interactions.

• Experience with 3D designs and familiarity with tools such as Blender or similar.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
