We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project teams to analyze construction plans, specifications, and designs, ensuring precise quantification of materials, labor, and resources. This role is pivotal in delivering precise and comprehensive Bills of Quantities, serving as the foundation for project costing, procurement, and budgeting decisions.
Prepare detailed, error-free Bills of Quantities for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to clarify project requirements and ensure alignment with BoQs.
Review contract documents, blueprints, and technical specifications to identify scope, materials, and measurement standards.
Maintain consistency in BoQ formatting, terminology, and units of measurement across projects, adhering to industry standards.
Support project teams with quantity-related queries and ensure timely delivery of BoQs for bidding or procurement purposes.
Continuously update and organize project documentation, ensuring transparency and traceability for stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing Bills of Quantities for construction projects.
Demonstrated proficiency in estimation software. CostX experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and trades to accurately quantify project components.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 04:00 PM AEST (05:00 AM - 02:00 PM PH Time)
