The Financial Client Service Representative is responsible for supporting the ASO Finance Department. This position is to serve as the point of contact for ASO Clients, Account Management and Client Executives to assist and respond timely to inquiries in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities include scheduling of transactions associated with claim funding, administrative billing or stop loss. This role will have in-depth knowledge of all TPA/ASO Client Financial Operations transactions and workflows.
Essential Functions
Act as the liaison between the client/broker and various Allied departments supporting ASO Financial Operations.
Provide communication to clients and brokers regarding financial transaction resolution, reporting and industry-related information.
Provide follow up to renewal/month-end strategies to close out open check registers.
Work with and foster relationships with other internal teams such as Account Management, Stop Loss, Eligibility and Treasury.
Daily management of ASO Finance RFA and associated tasks.
Implementation support and requirements for ASO Finance departments
Financial Reporting Requests
Auditing of ASO Finance transactions and client support
Work on special projects, duties or tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or relevant work experience required
Experience And Skills
3-5 years of experience in finance-based role
High attention to detail and accuracy required
Must be able to work in a high growth environment and have ability to scale
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
MS Access background preferred
Medical Claims experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
