We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to take charge of our RFP (Request for Proposal) process. Your ability to translate our value proposition into clear, impactful messaging will be essential for success. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Legal teams to ensure our proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to each opportunity. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other teams to gather inputs, customize responses to the needs of the RFP, track win/loss trends, and suggest processes that will drive better collaboration between teams.

Program Management: Project manage the RFP process across departments to ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Maintain and continuously improve a content library of standard RFP responses and supporting documentation.

  • Market Research: Leverage RFP tools and insights to gather research and intelligence on market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. This insight enables the development of compelling messaging across marketing materials.
  • Sales Enablement: Leverage the RFP process to develop and manage the creation of enablement tools (e.g., sales playbooks, battle cards, product one-pagers, segmented campaigns, FAQs, pitch decks, etc.) to empower sales teams to effectively position, sell, and close deals.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience responding to and winning RFPs within K-12. Must have an understanding of K-12 procurement and sales cycles.

  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly with product, sales, legal, and marketing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex product information into digestible, actionable insights for sales teams.
