Position Overview
The Evernest International Team Member
(ITM) Turn Estimator is responsible for estimating and tracking all renovation projects in their market. Their role is to create scopes of work based on Evernest rent ready standards that guarantee the habitability and rentability of our properties for our residents and owners while hitting our revenue and profitability goals.
Attention to detail and communication are the keys to success in this role as the estimator is responsible for reviewing inspections to create the SOWs and communication with the Property Managers for initial budget and expectations as well
Competencies & Requirements
Outcomes:
Estimate Turn-Around Time averaging at or less than 48 hours
- All renovation estimates for move outs and initials need to be completed and sent to PMs within 48 hrs of receiving
Renovation Margins - 30% Monthly
- Profit margin over 25%- overall average goal 30%
Monthly Revenue Projections submitted first day of month
- Projections should account for a) Pending completion, vacant onboards and moveout
