Job description

Technical Programme Manager (UK Based Company) - Permanent role 

R300k - R600k/annum (Dependent on Experience & Seniority) 

Remote role (Based in SA)

Our client in the UK, is a membership-driven organisation defining the standards at the heart of global trading. They are looking for an individual to fulfil the role of technical programme manager.

This role will create opportunities for the candidate to understand the operation of global financial markets and have regular contact with our members, many of whom are from some of the largest financial firms across the globe.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the work of the Global Technical Committee, its subcommittees, and working groups
  • Working with the office to manage group membership, meeting schedule, and agendas and oversee the production of minutes
  • Managing the development process of initiatives within the Global Technical Committee, mostly related to the development and maintenance of suite of standards
  • Maintaining procedural documentation
  • Maintaining company's website in regard to its technical and standards work

Essential skill requirements:

  • Proficiency in use of Github, including its project capabilities and pull requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
