Location:                   Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:        $78,000.00- $98,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

OneStream Software is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Benefits Analyst to support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our global benefits programs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in benefits strategy, vendor implementation, compliance, and project management. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and Tier 2 escalation point for complex employee and stakeholder inquiries and will play a critical part in ensuring our benefits offerings meet the evolving needs of a global, high-growth workforce. 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Global Benefits Administration and Oversight
    • Support the end-to-end management of global benefits offerings, including health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and time-away programs.
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, benchmarking, and internal feedback.
    • Ensure alignment of programs with business goals and global HR strategies.
  • Tier 2 Escalation & Inquiry Resolution
    • Act as Tier 2 escalation point for complex employee and stakeholder inquiries submitted via internal HR ticketing systems.
    • Partner with Tier 1 support, HRBPs, and vendors to resolve cases promptly and accurately.
    • Analyze ticket trends to identify knowledge gaps and recommend training or process improvements.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management
    • Ensure global compliance with statutory requirements and company policies across all regions.
    • Conduct audits and partner with Legal and Compliance to mitigate risks and address regulatory changes.
    • Lead reporting efforts for ACA, 5500s, and other compliance-related filings.
  • Auditing, Billing, and Reporting
    • Complete benefit billing and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Conduct periodic audits of benefits records and enrollment data.
    • Develop and maintain reports on benefits utilization, program effectiveness, and trends.
  • Employee Experience and Communication
    • Design and deliver employee-facing communications, including guides, FAQs, and training materials for benefits programs and open enrollment.
    • Champion employee engagement and awareness campaigns related to wellness, financial well-being, and benefits literacy.
  • Vendor and Partner Management
    • Lead or support new vendor implementations, system integrations, and platform enhancements, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
    • Maintain ongoing vendor relationships, including performance tracking, service level management, contract reviews, and escalations.
    • Partner with third-party brokers and consultants to manage renewals, benchmarking, and global RFPs.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
    • Analyze benefits data to provide insights on utilization, cost trends, and ROI.
    • Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership, Finance, and HR.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate data feeds and system integrations.
  • Project Management
    • Drive project planning, coordination, and execution for global benefits initiatives, such as plan expansions, technology rollouts, or policy redesigns.
    • Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
    • Identify process inefficiencies and lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
  • Team Collaboration and Partnership
    • Partner closely with internal teams, including Accounting, Finance, Legal, Payroll, People Operations, and Works Councils, to align benefits initiatives with organizational priorities.
    • Actively contribute to team discussions, share insights, and support colleagues in achieving shared objectives.
    • Participate in global benefits strategy planning to ensure OneStream offers a best-in-class benefits package.
  • Problem Solving and Solution Orientation
    • Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions to address them.
    • Tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude and a focus on creating impactful outcomes for employees and the organization.
    • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of benefits updates and enhancements.
  • Leadership and Ad Hoc Responsibilities
    • Take initiative in leading benefits projects, such as program rollouts, vendor transitions, and employee engagement campaigns.
    • Be a champion for best practices and innovative solutions that elevate the Total Rewards function.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in global benefits administration, design, or consulting, with proficiency in UKG Pro (benefits and leaves of absence modules). 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations, trends, and best practices.   
  • Exceptional attention to detail with advanced analytical skills.   
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.   
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to dynamic situations with minimal advance notice.   
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.   
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.   
  • Proven ability to support the employee experience through clear communication and innovative solutions.   
  • Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.   
  • Proficient in benefit change management and creating engaging employee education materials.
