Key responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.

Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.

Coach team members on Agile practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
