We’re looking for a Customer Success and Operations Lead to join our fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This is a lead role where you'll not only handle customer and operations tasks but also contribute to building and refining systems while preparing to grow into a team leadership position. You’ll play a critical part in delighting customers, supporting day-to-day operations, and driving the success of our service experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via text, email, and occasional calls
Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Complete data processing and administrative tasks with precision and speed
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance support systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements
Take on a hybrid role: handling agent-level tasks while leading by example
Contribute to team development and take on leadership responsibilities as we scale
Based in the Philippines and fully comfortable working Eastern Time hours
Experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support
Leadership or Operations experience is a must as this is a Lead role
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Proven attention to detail — you spot what others miss
Self-starter, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects
Comfortable using tools such as Notion, Slack, Intercom, and Google Drive
