Technical SEO & Content Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Technical SEO & Content Marketing Manager to join our in-house agency team and drive the growth of organic traffic and lead generation across our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of digital marketing experts, developers, designers, and content specialists - growing your skills while making a measurable impact.

Your role


  • Support the SEO & Content Marketing Lead in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  • Lead technical SEO efforts to ensure optimal site health, indexing, and crawlability.
  • Support website migration projects by auditing, planning, and implementing SEO best practices to ensure minimal traffic loss and long-term performance gains.
  • Conduct regular website audits and implement optimizations that improve search visibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create and structure topic clusters and articles that align with user intent.
  • Optimize existing content in our CMS, improving structure, HTML markup, search intent alignment, accessibility, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Develop and manage SEO workflows, dashboards, and reporting to ensure effective tracking and performance measurement.
  • Analyze performance data, derive actionable insights, and report progress against defined KPIs and OKRs.


Your profile


  • Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field - or a self-driven career-changer with strong SEO expertise.
  • 2 - 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in both in-house and agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical SEO concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing strategic SEO projects end-to-end.
  • Proficiency with key SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, and internal/external link-building strategies.
  • Confident in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues and communicating effectively with developers to implement solutions.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to prioritize based on impact and business value.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CMS/CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
