The role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst that will ensure the correct recording and tracking of projects from contract signature through project completion.

Role responsibilities

Read, review and understand contracts’ terms and conditions
Set up projects in the project management tool according to contracts’ terms
Track projects progress from creation to closure, keeping the project management tool information up to date
Provide ongoing support to billing and revenue teams during month-end reporting
Handle expense rebill setup in the project management tool
Provide support to project managers on timesheets and project adjustments
Collaborate with PMO to ensure consistent project accounting and reporting
Train new project managers on the project management tool process
Interact with others in the Finance Shared Services (FISS) and Business Applications Shared Services (BASS) teams when necessary
Timely perform/support the internal control processes

Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas
3 – 5 years of experience in Finance
Advanced level of English
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. SuiteProjects Pro) will be appreciated
Ability to work and communicate clearly with internal clients
Assertiveness to raise attention to potential issues
Strong attention to detail
