What we're looking for 

Our US client, a company that provides Client Account Management services for digital marketing agencies, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two agency leaders across calendar management, communications, and marketing-related admin tasks. This role is essential for keeping daily operations organized and responsive while ensuring each agency leader can focus on high-impact work. The Executive Assistant will work closely with internal managers and agency clients, playing a key part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

 
Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes, calendars, and meeting coordination for two executives.
  • Support admin tasks linked to social media, email campaigns, and website projects.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and prepare supporting documentation when needed.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external agency contacts.
  • Track and organize task updates across project management tools.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
  • Prior experience working with US-based companies.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling client-facing responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working across multiple personalities, priorities, and time zones.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp, or GoHighLevel (at least two required).
  • Exposure to Canva, WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify.
  • Ability to stay organized under pressure and set clear, realistic expectations.
