Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect with Precision - Handle inbound inquiries while actively generating your own outbound leads to connect with potential Malaysian clients.
  • Own the Sales Process - Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery calls and product demos to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Build Strong Relationships - Engage with decision-makers across industries, understand their unique challenges, and offer insights that go beyond just software.
  • Tailor Your Approach - Customize every pitch to suit the specific HR needs of Malaysian SMEs and highlight how KAMI Workforce adds value.
  • Hit Your Targets - Work toward (and exceed) monthly sales goals. We’ll celebrate your wins and help you grow every step of the way.
  • Collaborate Across Teams -Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
  • Negotiate and Close - Finalize win-win deals with confidence and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in the HR technology or software industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
