What You Will Do:

Due to the launch of a new direction, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who will play a key role in launching, configuring, and managing SEO for a new product.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term SEO strategy for promoting an online casino and betting product.

• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and deliver recommendations for improvement.

• Perform a technical and content SEO audit: site speed, mobile version, structure, internal linking.

• Execute full-cycle on-page and off-page SEO activities.

• Build a strong backlink profile through link building and collaboration with local sites and platforms.

• Lead the content SEO strategy: work with copywriters to create optimized and localized content (reviews, guides, blog articles).

• Create and manage satellite sites to support the main domain via content and backlinks.

• Develop and manage PBNs (Private Blog Networks), if necessary, ensuring quality and security.

• Initiate and develop cross-branding and partnership programs to exchange traffic and build brand authority.

• Track search engine rankings, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Apply innovative SEO methods including gray-hat tactics (doorways, cloaking, traffic redirection) when relevant and permitted.

• Test new SEO techniques and adapt strategies based on algorithm updates.

What Experience Is Important to Us:

• 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist in the iGaming, or other highly competitive industries.

• Expertise in technical SEO: solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Experience with link building: capable of creating strategies for acquiring high-quality local backlinks.

• Strong command of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.

• Familiarity with content strategy: working with content teams to create optimized content.

• Experience with gray/black-hat SEO methods: cloaking, doorways, VPNs, proxies.

• Analytical mindset and confident decision-making based on data.

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

• Self-driven, flexible, and always up to date with algorithm updates and SEO trends.

What You'll Achieve in Your First 2–3 Months:

• Conduct a full technical audit and deliver a report with a fix plan.

• Analyze key competitors and their SEO strategies.

• Eliminate critical technical SEO issues from the audit.

• Optimize existing content (meta tags, headers, internal linking, keyword structure).

• Launch a quality link-building campaign with relevant local resources.

• Ensure the site is fully optimized and ready for indexing.

• Drive 500–1000 unique organic visitors to the site.
