Remote IT & Network Specialist

 

Are you an experienced IT & Network Specialist who thrives on keeping systems secure, efficient, and cutting-edge? You’ll be the go-to expert for network infrastructure, operating systems, and cloud solutions, playing a vital role in ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From implementing new tech to supporting users and implementing proactive solutions, your skills will directly impact how we grow, communicate, and succeed as a business.


What You'll be Doing: 

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Handle advanced technical issues for Windows environments. 

  • Cloud Management: Manage and optimize key cloud platforms like Office 365. 

  • Network Design: Create and maintain detailed network schematics and documentation. 

  • Project Leadership: Lead or assist in infrastructure and cloud implementation projects. 

  • Department Support: Collaborate with the Department Head to shape our IT future. 

  • Tech Innovation: Research and propose new technologies to enhance client solutions. 

  • System Reliability: Regularly test failover systems for robust infrastructure uptime. 

  • Client Interaction: Communicate technical issues clearly and effectively to non-technical clients, especially during stressful IT failures. 

  • Engineer Training: Train and guide other engineers, providing support and development opportunities. 

  • Management Collaboration: Take direction and development well from management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Flexible Scheduling: Adapt your schedule to meet client demands, including occasional evenings and weekends.
