Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the founder across multiple companies. You'll manage communications, organize systems, and help drive day-to-day operations. This is a long-term role for someone eager to grow into a key strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbox and calendar, including responding to emails and flagging action items.
  • Follow up with leads and clients via phone and email using existing templates.
  • Maintain CRM data and accounts receivable tracking.
  • Assist with weekly KPI reporting.
  • Support special projects (e.g. vendor research, travel, repairs).
  • Handle occasional personal tasks (e.g. shopping, gifts, bookings).


Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with phone calls and drafting professional emails.
  • Willing to learn tools and systems (training provided).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting founders or entrepreneurs.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRMs.
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Seeking long-term role (3+ years).
