Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
