Currently, they are looking for a IT Helpdesk Officer to join the engineering team to create modern digital software products. The team uses cutting-edge technologies to build high performing, scalable cloud-based solutions in a safe, secure, and agile fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development & Management
Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users across the organisation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries related to:
Microsoft 365 (M365) including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Copilot.
Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Azure Active Directory account management and user access issues.
Windows 11 desktop and laptop support including troubleshooting and configuration.
VOIP systems and Yealink phones, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CCTV systems, including remote access support and general troubleshooting.
Printer support, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Network support, including LAN connectivity issues and basic network troubleshooting.
Provide remote support to staff in different locations using approved tools and platforms.
Support and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access across various systems.
Assist with device setup and deployment, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Experience providing IT Helpdesk/Service Desk support in a professional environment.
Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or related roles
Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in:
Microsoft 365 suite (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Windows 11 desktop environments.
Azure Active Directory (user management, MFA, security groups).
VOIP systems and Yealink handsets.
CCTV systems and remote access platforms.
Printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
