Your focus will be to maintain accurate accounting records, foster cross-functional communication, identify issues or areas of improvement with the ability to propose solutions, and manage some clerical duties. You will also be responsible for following organization and department procedures, ensuring the timely completion of tasks to meet deadlines. In this role, you will work closely with the business to uphold accounting standards and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Support the year-end financial audit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on growing needs of the company.
  • Serve as backup support to Accounts Payable.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as requested.
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software, with a preference for experience in NetSuite.
  • Proficient in complex financial analysis and interpreting data.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative in completing work assignments.

Preferred/Plus:
