About the role

As a Data Manager, you will join a small, ambitious, cross-functional team delivering end-to-end services for external client sponsors and conducting the foundational research that underlies the development and validation of new objective digital biomarkers and outcomes. You will support senior clinical study leads, senior data managers, and research scientists to execute externally facing client studies and internal R&D initiatives. Projects will cover a range of therapeutic areas, stakeholder groups and patient journeys. In this role you will use our VivoSense® software platforms to assist in the collection and management of high-resolution wearable sensor data.

Competitive candidates will have a background in human subjects research, be able to work both independently and cross-functionally, have strong communication and analytical skills, and have a passion for improving clinical trials through patient-centric digital evidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a variety of operational tasks under the guidance of senior science team personnel, such as creating and maintaining accurate study records and documentation.
  • Reporting and Communication: Contribute, in a time-sensitive and professional manner, to study data reports, dashboards and dissemination activities. Create and maintain study data trackers for auditing compliance purposes. Engage in client-facing meetings (prepare meeting material, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items), and maintain daily communication with clients, vendors and the wider VivoSense team. Disseminate best practices with internal stakeholders.
  • Culture: Contribute to Science Team culture within VivoSense, promoting knowledge sharing and bringing new ideas into the group.
