Schedule: Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM MDT (Orem, Utah, USA) Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break | Tuesday – Saturday: 12 AM – 9 AM PHT (Wednesday – Sunday)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Answer incoming calls
Make outbound calls
Respond to customer inquiries, reschedule appointments, and transfer calls to appropriate departments
Assist technicians with questions
Meet company standards for call quality and performance
