Remote HRIS Analyst Position
Strong configuration knowledge in 3+ Workday modules
Deep understanding of Workday reporting, security, SOX compliance, and internal controls to effectively manage system roles and access
5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, including Workday configuration and support
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
Administer and maintain the Workday HRIS system and other HR applications/tools
Provide system support, troubleshooting, and resolution of HRIS-related issues
Support configuration, testing, and implementation of HRIS updates and enhancements
Create and maintain HR reports (ad hoc and scheduled)
Conduct data audits, system uploads, and ensure data integrity
Manage regression testing and validation for Workday releases
Triage and resolve Level 3 support tickets
Provide user training and enablement on Workday and HR systems
Support compliance and audit requests
Document system processes and create user guides
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned
