What we're looking for 

Our US client, a direct-to-consumer brand that sells hydration pouches online, is seeking a Video Editor to produce engaging, native-style ads for Facebook and Instagram. This role is essential for driving conversions through user-generated-style content that blends seamlessly into social platforms.

 
Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form video ads for Facebook and Instagram using UGC-style footage.
  • Apply smooth transitions and impactful cuts to create engaging content.
  • Follow creative briefs and collaborate with a Creative Strategist and designers.
  • Maintain brand consistency while testing new video formats.
  • Deliver multiple videos per week on tight timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing performance-driven video ads for Facebook/Instagram.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Solid understanding of UGC-style and native content formats.
  • Excellent storytelling, editing flow, and timing for social media content.
  • Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with US/UK teams or DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with ad performance metrics and content testing.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
