Micromedex is looking for a user-centric, data-driven Senior Product Manager that leads safe and seamless Account Access for our business and individual users. In this role you will lead and develop more seamless Account Access and Recovery capabilities, while exploring leapfrog innovation opportunities for new capabilities and approaches. 

You will help build customer trust through safer and more seamless experiences, for administrators and users, partnering across multiple teams and impactful business goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and Execute IAM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Micromedex's IAM solutions, focusing on secure and seamless user access. 

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Engineering and UX teams to design and deliver IAM features that meet user needs and comply with industry standards. 

  • Solution Design: Partner with engineering and design teams to create intuitive, powerful tools and features. Ensure product designs prioritize efficiency, usability, and scalability. 

  • Product Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of product development, including creating PRDs, scoping features, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business objectives. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in IAM to inform product development. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of IAM solutions and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Customer/User Focus: Advocate for the customer and user by incorporating user feedback into product development to enhance user experience and satisfaction. 

  • IAM Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee relationships with key product and service providers, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. 

  • Nice to have: Experience working with international markets and in developing platforms at scale across global regions with a strong technical background to understand and contribute product insights in evolution of a platform 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Identity and Access Management

  • Leads feature releases, adoption strategies, and customer enablement to ensure successful product launches. 

  • Defines and tracks key metrics and success criteria, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
