THE ROLE 📝
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finance Manager & Business Performance Partner to join the Finance team within Form3.
This role will act as a key partner across the organisation, driving financial excellence whilst also impacting business performance by supporting key decision-making processes.
With a strong background in financial management and business partnering, you will hold responsibility for overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supporting the wider business through analysis, planning, and identifying and recommending strategies for improvement.

Form3’s Finance team is a critical function within the business, so we are looking for a Finance Manager & Business Performance Partner with prior experience in financial governance, who also brings expertise in enabling growth and executing company strategy.

THE TEAM 👥
This role sits within Form3’s Finance team and reports directly into the Financial Controller & Head of Treasury. As a key member of this team, you will work alongside a close knit group of experienced Finance professionals, based predominantly in the UK, supporting a company of over 200 employees.
This role would be ideal for a qualified Finance professional looking to transition into more of a strategic Business Partner role, combining core financial expertise with the opportunity to drive performance and influence key decision-making across the organisation.
