Pythian is seeking a Creative Manager that will hold a pivotal role in shaping the company's creative output and brand identity. The role is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the overall creative vision and strategy for projects, encompassing both digital and traditional media, such as the company website, marketing campaigns, social media content, print materials, and video productions. This includes ensuring brand consistency while balancing artistic expression with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
What will you be doing?
Visual Brand Building & Evolution: Shaping and evolving the brand’s visual identity to stay relevant and impactful, adapting to market trends while maintaining core brand principles.
Setting the Creative Vision: Developing a clear and compelling creative vision that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
Ensuring Brand Consistency: Maintaining a consistent visual and thematic style across all projects and campaigns.
Leading Creative Projects: Developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing the execution of creative projects.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving creative and logistical issues in the creative production process.
Collaboration: Working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Website Production: Working with internal teams and external vendors to design and build web pages.
Content Production: Working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver sales decks, white papers, infographics, etc.
Quality Control: Ensuring all creative work meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
What do we need from you?
Design Proficiency: Strong understanding of design principles, visual communication, and relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
Visual Storytelling: The ability to create compelling and engaging content that communicates a clear message and resonates with the target audience.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and present creative briefs.
Digital & Print Production: Familiarity with both digital and print production processes, including design, layout, and printing techniques
Content Management Systems: Experienced at developing webpages in Hubspot CMS.
Experience: Four to seven years of experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree in areas like graphic design, design management or related field.
