This is a remote position.
Schedule:
40 hours/week
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm EST (with 1 hr unpaid break)

Scope:
40 hours per week
Handles both outbound calls and inbound inquiries
Works with provided lead lists
Commission structure available
Reports directly to client management
Operates within client's existing sales process
Conduct high-volume outbound calls (30-150 calls daily) to qualified leads
Book tickets for live speaking events and professional development programs
Schedule and facilitate discovery calls for marketing agency services
Handle inbound inquiries during idle time
Follow up with existing clients and maintain database
Utilize CRM system (GoHighLevel) for lead management
Communicate through multiple channels including phone, email, SMS, and video calls
Strong sales background with B2B and commercial/residential experience
GHL experience higly preferred
Excellent communication skills with professional phone presence
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to build relationships and maintain professional dialogue
Strong follow-up and persistence skills
Experience in consultative selling approach
Ability to work US Eastern Time zone hours
