To act as a specialist recruiter, sourcing skilled and qualified candidates to work for clients across Asia. Professionally approach and communicate with contractors and candidates, while working with both the clients' and candidates' interests in mind. Deliver quality candidates, secure placements, maximize profit, and increase market share.
Job Responsibilities
Actively source candidates through existing databases, external sources, and/or social media and contact candidates to build candidate pipelines.
Review candidate profiles against selection criteria and conduct initial screening to ensure quality candidates.
Present suitable profiles to clients and follow up closely to coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and drive the process through until acceptance of the offer.
Identify new opportunities through discussions with clients and candidates and generate leads for upselling or cross-selling other divisions/products.
Enter received job requisitions from clients into the Recruitment Management system and update all necessary details (e.g., candidate call notes, status, etc.) in a timely manner.
Post all jobs on the corporate website and other relevant job portals.

Job Requirements
5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, preferably in the Life Science or Oil and Gas sectors.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Organized, meticulous, and has a good sense of time management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
Proactive and positive attitude with a “can do,” problem-solving mindset.
Independent and a team player.
Strong communication skills in English and an additional Asian language preferred.
