Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Leaders Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on innovation and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to successful completion.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Provide clear communication, regular updates, and tailored solutions to address client needs and priorities.
• Strategic Growth & Innovation
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding BPC’s client portfolio and services.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance client impact and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and ensure operational excellence.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success.
  • Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related leadership role.
  • Proven success managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams in philanthropy, nonprofit, or corporate sectors.
• Skills:
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive client success.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technology.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

CompensationIndependent contractor/Consulting fee 2k-5k monthly. Pay is based on consulting experience and portfolio.
