🎯 Chief of Staff – (Growth focused)


💼 About the Role


We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO focused on driving execution across marketing, growth, and partnership operations. You’ll act as the CEO’s right hand—turning strategy into reality, unblocking teams, and ensuring alignment across commercial functions.


This role sits at the heart of our B2C growth engine. While you won’t manage campaigns directly, you’ll coordinate across marketing, sales, and product teams to drive performance, process improvements, and tech-enabled execution. You’ll also play a key role in adopting AI and automation to streamline operations and boost productivity.


🌍 What You’ll Do


🔧 Growth & Marketing Ops

  • Drive marketing sprint planning and cross-functional execution
  • Monitor full-funnel metrics and guide decision-making with data
  • Align with key executives on budgets, goals, and performance cadences
  • Identify bottlenecks and apply tech-powered process improvements
  • Lead the rollout of AI tools to improve marketing outcomes

📞 Sales & Partnerships

  • Track sales and telemarketing performance daily/weekly
  • Strengthen feedback loops between marketing and sales
  • Support strategic partnership launches and ongoing delivery
  • Champion AI for lead scoring, prioritization, and enablement

🔄 Cross-Team Alignment

  • Act as the ops bridge between growth, product, and academic teams
  • Ensure delivery and experience align with commercial priorities
  • Lead syncs to surface blockers and maintain team momentum
  • Boost collaboration through smart tooling and shared workflows

📊 Strategic Execution

  • Translate strategy into clear projects with KPIs, owners, and timelines
  • Lead growth-focused initiatives that span teams and functions
  • Track project progress and flag risks before they escalate
  • Provide operational leverage to the CEO on strategic efforts

🌐 Global Coordination

  • Align growth activities across regions while enabling local execution
  • Maintain visibility of market-specific trends, performance, and blockers

🤖 AI-Driven Ops

  • Identify and deploy AI tools across growth, sales, and marketing workflows
  • Automate reporting, lead management, and internal communication where possible
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous tech innovation

🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years in marketing or growth leadership roles
  • Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a fast-paced org
  • Strong B2C growth knowledge: CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion
  • Skilled at systems thinking, project execution, and team alignment
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools for marketing/sales
  • Experience with inside sales/telemarketing teams is a plus
  • Startup or high-growth background preferred; global exposure a bonus
