Responsibilities

Manage each project’s scope and timeline
Coordinate Sprints and related Agile Ceremonies ( Example : Retrospective , daily stand ups)
Keep team focused on Sprint Goals ( Monitoring Sprint Health , Velocity & other Burn up/Burn down charts )
Monitor Releases , scope and Planning.
Use Team feedback and able to create metrics to identify areas of opportunity , and work with team continuously to improve the efficiency and deadlines.
Coach Team Members in Agile Frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact of external communication e.g customers & stakeholders
Work with Product owners to manage and handle backlogs and new requests.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help Team implement changes effectively
Ensure Sprint deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint ( Sprint Review )
Escalate any impediment or roadblock.
Guide development Teams to a higher level of Scrum maturity.

Requirements

Experience in Scrum Master Role
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline.
Excellent Knowledge and certification in Agile or Scrum master
Min 3 Years of experience.
Familiarity with Software Development Life cycle.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Definition of Done , Workflows, Feature/Epic/User stories , backlog refinement.
Strong Knowledge of Agile frameworks
Excellent presentation and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills.
JIRA & Easy BI tool Understanding will be plus.
