Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth in the U.S. market. 


As a Sales Director, you will build and nurture relationships across multiple verticals such as Fin-Tech, On-Demand Services, Health & Wellness businesses and Marketplace sectors. You will have a deep understanding of performance marketing best practices and how to leverage leading ad platforms such as Meta & Google to drive business growth. Equally important is the deep familiarity with the whole customer growth journey and associated technologies The ideal candidate will have deep experience in selling to performance marketing teams in both the web and mobile space, coupled with a proven track record of selling to senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CMOs and Heads of Departments such as Analytics/Data Science. This role requires a consultative and value-driven sales approach.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can deliver immediate pipeline generation and deal execution, with the vision and capability to build and scale a sales team over time.

Responsibilities

  • Close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Own your pipeline: From LinkedIn outreach and cold calls to virtual coffees, you generate 30–50% of your new business through self-sourced leads.
  • Lead by example, showing the team how it’s done, including peer coaching on prospecting hacks, and real-time feedback loops.
  • Player/coach approach: Beyond your own deals, cultivating a culture of proactive pipeline-building. Design and run playbooks, share what’s working (and what flopped), and spark that “I-got-this” energy across reps.
  • Qualify leads and manage a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle from discovery and demos to proposals and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Growth Marketing teams at leading brands and agencies
  • Develop a deep understanding of Voyantis’ product and its role in the broader Growth Marketing tech stack
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to prospective clients and channel partners
  • Drive alignment between external stakeholders and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success)
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and regularly report on pipeline health and revenue progress
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success of new clients
  • Deliver actionable market feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap
  • Be a strategic, entrepreneurial operator — thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a mandate to shape our in market presence

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in AdTech and MarTech
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota in previous roles.
  • Experience in selling technology based on a Saas model with proven ability to close long- cycle
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and measurement tools
  • Prior experience in selling to VP & C level roles across leading performance Marketing/Growth teams. 
  • Strong network of decision-makers in brands, agencies, and platforms
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Experience building and managing a sales team from the ground up - advantage
