Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to build and lead their ambitious sales team. Their goal is to hire up to 50 sales representatives and account managers over the next year. 

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage a diverse client base. This role is critical for driving revenue growth and maintaining relationships with our extensive customer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to optimize growth and customer retention among 30,000 clients.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor their offerings.

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to attract and engage new clients while retaining existing ones.

  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales performance, managing customer interactions, and generating reports.

  • Train and mentor sales staff on best practices, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand their customer base and enhance brand presence.
