Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to support the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) Cloud Service Offering contract. As an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer on the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) team, you will collaborate with engineers, consultants, managers, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of a large-scale enterprise ICAM solution, enabling secure access to numerous applications and services across the organization.

This position is 100% remote. 

How a SailPoint Engineer will make an impact:
  • Selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment where the engineer will be responsible for implementing and supporting identity and access management solutions leveraging various features and functions of the SailPoint platform.
  • You will use your subject matter expertise to design a high-performing IGA solution that will integrate with identity Provider (IdP), Master User Record (MUR), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions supporting an enterprise level ICAM implementation. 
  • Leverage ICAM tool expertise to support the design and implementation of an ICAM solution, including installation, deployment, and configuration. 
  • Design, implement, and support SailPoint solutions for ICAM. 
  • Leverage ICAM tool expertise to support the design and implementation of an ICAM solution, including installation, deployment, and configuration. 
  • Provide top-level technical expertise, including performing in-depth and complex software systems programming and analysis. 
  • Ensure system compatibility and compliance with DoD architecture standards.

What you’ll need to succeed (Required):
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience required.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • IAT Level II certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SailPoint.
  • Experience with ICAM servicing of large-scale environments.
  • Expertise in implementing solutions (ideally for DoD customers), including: working with large scale ICAM implementations, DoD enterprise PKI, Identity Management platforms and Directory Services; Windows and Unix experience in a DoD or government enterprise environment; experience with Identity Management and Authentication/Authorization integration (e.g., Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, LDAP, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKI, Identity Federation, etc.); and experience using vendor products such as Microsoft 365 Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, Ping Identity, and Radiant Logic.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,026 - $200,270. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
