The Senior Application Analyst - Patient Access responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the primary build, support, testing and implementation efforts related to Epic Cadence and MyChart scheduling
Work closely with MyChart, Marketing and Web teams as needed to support online/automated scheduling integrations (On My Way, Direct Scheduling, Fast Pass, Open Scheduling, Ticket Scheduling)
Daily duties include being a resource for projects, implementing enhancement requests, and incident ticket support
Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives.
Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
Education:Bachelors degree required. May accept 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Experience:Minimum of seven years of Information Systems experience.
Additional Experience Requirements:
Epic Cadence certification (required)
3+ years of Epic Cadence build, support and implementation experience
Additional Experience Preferences:
Additional experience with Referrals (preferred)
