Position Summary

The Manager of Leave Management is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of an organization's leave policies and programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and providing guidance and support to employees and managers regarding leave-related matters. They also manage leave requests, track and monitor absences, and analyze leave data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manages a small team of leave of absence specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred
  • Experience in interpretation of organizational policy, as well as federal and state FMLA related regulations

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
