Porch is looking for a customer-centric product manager to guide the long-term vision and strategy of the Porch Moving Group. Your job will be to define and drive the implementation of our service real estate marketplace and help us deliver an industry-leading customer management experience for millions of homeowners, homebuyers, and real estate agents. As a Senior Product Manager at Porch, you’re an owner. You’re responsible for the shared strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products that delight our customers. This role requires you to combine your passion for helping customers with your technical expertise to ensure we create and build solid, scalable technology solutions to grow our business. You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity, thinking big, building from scratch, and diving deep. You’ll be responsible for helping grow our business by working with customers, agents, and business operation owners to define and prioritize requirements for our products. This role will require leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for customers in the real estate space.
What You Will Do As A Senior Product Manager
Create and manage your team’s product roadmap - gather detailed business opportunities and turn them into the epics and stories that set the direction for the engineering team. Enable customer advocacy in solution design and prioritization.
Define and prioritize new features and strategic initiatives to drive Porch Moving Services Marketplace adoption, repeat usage, support revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate trade-off decisions between investments, strategy, and customer benefit.
Conduct customer research and use data/statistical analytics to drive the development and prioritization of new products and product improvements.
Actively build relationships with business owners, product managers, and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.
Work to continually improve the customer and delivery processes throughout the entire customer-moving journey by defining success criteria for your product and using data to gather signals that will inform future investment decisions.
Operate autonomously; drive programs end to end, including business goals, technical solutions, launch planning, and execution.
Have a passion for Product: creating (from scratch), designing, building, and shipping it. You should be a people-process-technology geek and a maven of all things product.
What You Will Bring As A Senior Product Manager
Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent experience.
10+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience building and driving product adoption in CRM and Marketplace (B2B & B2C) environments.
Successful track record of building a product from the ground up and leading product-led-growth teams.
Experience owning and driving a successful product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and simple-loveable-complete design discussions.
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, multi-variate testing, and feature tradeoffs.
Proven ability to manage platform integrations and iterate on 0-1 releases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytics/statistics skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Bonus points for past experience with real estate and/or machine learning algorithms.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve every problem, learn, and get the job done

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: $180,000 - $264,000
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
You will also be eligible to receive an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, subject to program guidelines and approvals
