About the Opportunity:

At Actabl, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to grow deep relationships with our valued customers, identify opportunities to add more value through Actabl’s software solutions, and lead revenue opportunities through our sales process.

Essential Duties:

Customer Champion

  • Be the sales champion for our valued customers after onboarding to Actabl’s platform.
  • Understand customer goals, pain points, current product usage, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customers maximize product use and satisfaction.

Account Growth and Retention

  • Drive expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead sales through the complete pipeline—from discovery to contract—following Actabl’s sales process.
  • Manage customer renewals and secure recontracting with mutually beneficial terms.

Industry and Product Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with hospitality trends.
  • Represent Actabl at industry conferences and events.
  • Conduct product demos across Actabl’s software suite (Business Intelligence, Operations Management, CapEx, and Labor Management).
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Account Management (experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred)
  • Deep hospitality industry knowledge and connections.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience negotiating enterprise-level contracts.
  • High EQ and customer-centric mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior-level executives.
  • Organized and strategic approach to sales and account planning.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting skills.
  • Growth mindset and ability to pivot strategies as needed.
Additional Information:
  • Compensation: $75,000-85,000 base salary, with OTE of up to $190,000-205,000 annually
  • Work Environment: The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S. 
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or training sessions. This could include both in-state and out-of-state travel.
  • Equipment: The company will provide necessary equipment, including a laptop, monitor, and any additional peripherals required to perform job duties effectively. Employees are expected to maintain their equipment in good working condition.
