Job description

 

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Czech speaking Customer Support Specialist for their Lisbon offices. 

 

Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal - Remote

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle sensitive and classified information, with a focus on confidentiality.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high efficiency and quality of work under pressure.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that even minor aspects can have significant impact.
  • Make decisions and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Actively solve problems and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member, contributing to overall success.
  • Track and focus on personal and team KPIs, maintaining a positive, results-driven attitude.
  • Flexibly manage workload and adjust to varying order volumes

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluent level Czech, both oral and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level).
  • Ability to work in a highly sensitive, confidential environment.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proven ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Enthusiasm for tracking and improving both individual and team performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with SAP and back-office operations is an advantage (training can be provided).
