Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview:

Were seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Junior Accountant to assist with daily financial processes. You'll handle daily cash bookings, reconciliations, labor allocations, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash bookings and credit card reconciliations
  • Support daily financial reporting tasks
  • Assist with labor cost allocations and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Communicate proactively with team members to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS)
  • Familiarity with accounting platforms (preferably Sage)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly responsive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Solid grasp of basic accounting principles


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Sage accounting software.
  • Prior remote work experience with US-based teams.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
