About the Role: The "Remote" Warranty Processing Specialist is responsible for filing warranty submission packets to manufacturers on behalf of dealer clients to increase the dealer’s warranty parts and labor reimbursement rates. This is a measured position with weekly and monthly required quotas.
Qualified Candidates Need:
2+ years auto dealership, service department, warranty claims/admin, or automotive industry experience
Ability to learn new software applications and be comfortable working on diverse types of computer programs, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Strong analytical skills and pattern recognition skills
Ability to perform duties with goal-oriented work methodology
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Adhere to stringent timelines
Strong customer service, professional verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills, and be well organized
Strong knowledge of Google tools preferred
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Analyze and translate information from client invoices to Excel for submission to automotive manufacturer
Develop in-depth understanding of the reports used to calculate a client’s submission opportunity
Ensure defined processes and verbal instructions are followed and completed in an efficient manner and that priority items are addressed within the given timelines
Effectively communicate internally and with Dealership Management via phone and email
Maintain effective task notes through excellent documentation and organization while utilizing CRM, Google Docs, etc.
Other duties and special projects assigned or approved by management
