The Senior Segment Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for Granicus’ Government Experience Cloud, targeting key North American local government segments. You will be responsible for turning strategy into action, delivering the right message to the right stakeholders, and driving pipeline and bookings targets through close collaboration with sales, product marketing, content, digital, operations, and design teams.
You will own the success of our demand-generation efforts including planning and executing live events, webinars, digital marketing, paid media programs, association sponsorships, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
A successful candidate will have deep expertise in business-to-government marketing, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to analyze and implement data-driven insights into campaign strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities Own the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies for local government markets, aligning with business goals and budget requirements. Develop and lead targeted programs and campaigns across various channels, including events, webinars, email nurtures, digital, and paid media partnership to meet marketing-originated pipeline and bookings targets. Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership (VP and director level) as well as cross-functional teams (sales, business development, customer success) to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media partnersand channel partners, managing relationships and negotiating terms to maximize third-party marketing ROI. Continuously monitor market trends and customer needs to refine and optimize campaign strategies Oversee ABM strategies and program-based campaign planning to target high-value accounts within local government sectors. Regularly report program performance metrics to executive, sales, and marketing team leadership, focusing on marketing contribution and return on marketing investment. Qualifications 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on B2G marketing, preferably to State or Local governments.Proven track record in leading successful end-to-end campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.Advanced proficiency in marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics) for reporting and data-driven decision-making.Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing multi-channel marketing budgets and optimizing investments for maximum return.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and deliver strategic insights.Proven success collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet business objectives.Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work independently in a remote work environment with limited oversight.Potential base salary. Does not include bonus OR commission and benefits.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $100,000-$125,000 USD
