Position Overview

Leap is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS product marketer to help drive growth across our core platforms, LeapCRM and SalesPro. This role blends strategy and execution—you’ll turn customer and market insights into action, craft clear and compelling messaging, and collaborate across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to shape how we bring our products to market. You’ll help define our positioning, lead product launches, and create content and programs that drive adoption, engagement, and pipeline. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, creative thinker, and hands-on operator who’s excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and passionate about helping customers get the most out of Leap.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer and market insights into compelling messaging and positioning that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across LeapCRM and SalesPro.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to align on product roadmap priorities, go-to-market planning, and launch execution.
  • Develop and execute post-launch strategies that fuel feature adoption, customer success, and account expansion.
  • Create high-impact sales and success enablement materials, including training, collateral, and storytelling frameworks that increase win rates and deal velocity.
  • Own competitive intelligence efforts, staying ahead of market trends to support differentiation and inform product strategy.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify new opportunities, refine messaging, and influence strategic decision-making across teams.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure they are equipped with the insights, assets, and context needed to effectively execute demand and brand initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and share performance of product marketing programs, iterating based on data to improve pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
  • Support lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies that personalize communication and deepen engagement throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years or equivalent professional experience in product marketing within the SaaS space (experience in contractor and home service industry a plus).
  • Possess excellent written (storytelling) and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and actionable analysis.
  • Have amazing communication skills and are successful in remote organizations.
  • Have proof of compelling working relationships across all levels and building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Proven track record in competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy and execution, and project management
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, messaging, and positioning.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as required by business needs.
