This is a remote position.
Schedule:
(20 hours/week), Flexible Schedule
Client Timezone: Pacific Time (BC, Canada)
Responsibilities:
Manage basic bookkeeping tasks including tracking income and expenses
Organize and categorize financial transactions
Perform bank account reconciliations
Handle data entry for receipts and financial documents
Create and manage social media content across platforms
Monitor and respond to social media direct messages
Provide insights and strategies for social media growth
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Experience with basic bookkeeping and financial data entry
Proficiency in social media management and content creation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with accounting software (specific platform TBD)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Background in hospitality or tourism industry preferred
Scope:
Direct reporting to property owner
Responsible for both financial administration and social media presence
Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding business operations
