Our partner, SlotsCatalog, is an international company specializing in delivering comprehensive and modern solutions for the iGambling industry. Leveraging a powerful platform, they have successfully launched a popular online service for both enthusiasts and professional players.

We are looking for a legal professional with 3–5 years of experience, including at least one year in an in-house role, to manage day-to-day legal operations. This is a strong mid-level position suited for someone who has a strong legal foundation and is ready to take on more responsibility in a growing digital company.

The role focuses on legal workflows, contract management, internal compliance coordination, and partner onboarding. Regulatory and supervision matters are handled externally, but this person will serve as the internal legal point of contact and coordinator.

Candidate Profile

3–5 years of legal experience, with a minimum of one year in an in-house position
Previous exposure to the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry is an advantage
Strong written and verbal English is essential
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple legal processes
Looking to grow within a company and take ownership of legal operations
Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and time zones

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and revisions to signature and digital filing
Maintain organized, searchable legal archives for all agreements, contracts, NDAs, and amendments
Track key contract dates, including renewals and expirations
Handle the legal aspects of onboarding freelancers, vendors, and business partners
Coordinate KYC and due diligence documentation for payment institutions and external partners
Maintain jurisdiction and risk tracking, flagging potential exposure issues
Serve as internal liaison for legal questions and routing requests to external counsel when necessary
Collaborate with Netsolid and other external advisors on regulation-related matters
Assist in implementing internal legal processes and workflows, including signature approvals and contract templates
