Summary:

The Talent Attraction Partner utilizes their expertise of attracting and identifying the highest performing talent, while exceeding expectations and selecting candidates that align to the Virtua Health Culture of WE.  The Talent Attraction Partner’s role directly aligns with Virtua Health’s philosophy of attracting top talent to help Virtua Health grow and flourish as a leading healthcare organization.  Promote Virtua Health by providing guidance, counseling, and education to the internal and/or external Virtua community about health care careers through individual counseling and recruitment events.


Position Responsibilities:

As a Talent Selection Partner, utilize talent acquisition technology to enhance processes to deliver metrics and results via reports to measure successes.  Participate in various recruitment project initiatives related to business verticals for current and future needs.  Provide education to the internal and external Virtua community about health care careers through individual counseling and recruitment events.  Develop position profiles, attraction and marketing plans, sourcing and networking strategies, to include social media to identify top talent and engage candidates in partnership with the Recruiting Coordinator.

Adheres to recruitment Applicant Tracking polices and processes by outreach to all candidate applications.  Utilize HRIS system for sourcing and tracking of candidates and activity.

Drive facilitation of continuous improvement via measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics.

Will participate in recruitment events, job fairs and community information/teaching.


Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

3+ years recruitment experience.

Experience utilizing recruiting technology required. 

Workday knowledge preferred.

Demonstrated ability to shift current recruiting paradigm based on business needs. 


Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


Training/Certifications/Licensure:

HR Certificates a plus (ie: CIR/ACIR, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
