About our Team

The Pricing team is responsible for developing effective pricing strategies that drive revenue optimization through an efficient set of pricing tools utilized by a global sales team.  We help the organization properly evaluate hundreds of opportunities each month in multiple currencies.  We collaborate in a fast-paced environment, always looking for opportunities to be more innovative.  

About the Role

In this role you will partner with other functional areas to develop and implement product price strategies including segment strategies for the various markets and/or channels and/or regions as part of the Go To Market process. 

This position will be remote. 

Responsibilities 

  • Retrieve, consolidate, analyze and summarize data from very large data sets using SQL, or other business tools. 

  • Develop and drive data-driven pricing guidelines/tools for various business units. 

  • Support market planning and sales organizations to ensure pricing, billing and contracting alignment utilizing the pricing and contracts tool (PCT). 

  • Maintain price structures and ensure consistent tracking of pricing. 

  • Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing. 

  • Assist with pricing and product roll-out for acquisitions and integrations. 

  • May assist in the development of implementation plans including tasks and timelines. 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in pricing, preferred 2+ years 

  • Preferred education, Bachelors Degree in applicable field 

  • Technical skills in SQL, Excel, and other data tools 

  • Have great interpersonal skills with the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information 

  • Be aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market 

  • Have knowledge of best practices and how pricing team integrates with others 

  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services 

  • Possess in-depth knowledge, experience, and conceptual and practical expertise in own area

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Minnesota, Hawaii, and Colorado: $77,300 - 128,700 USD 

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois, Maryland and Washington: $81,200 - 141,200 USD 

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $88,900 - 148,000 USD 

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $85,000 - 141,600 USD
