About the Role
 
ClickUp is looking for a Renewal Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our global Renewals Team.
 
This role is essential in ensuring smooth processes, maintaining accurate data, and organizing the administrative work related to contract renewals. You will play a key role in keeping the team structured, efficient, and well-coordinated by handling documentation, tracking renewal timelines, and supporting overall team operations.
 
Additionally, you will assist with low-touch renewals, ensuring that smaller, less complex contracts are processed efficiently and without friction.
 
This is an administrative-focused and customer focused role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Renewal Specialists, Account Executives, and Finance teams to ensure the seamless execution of renewal contracts and customer interactions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track renewal contracts, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation
  • Assist with low-touch renewals, handling customer outreach, sending renewal reminders, and ensuring seamless contract execution for smaller accounts.
  • Organize and maintain renewal records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and internal databases.
  • Assist in generating renewal quotes, invoices, and contract amendments, ensuring all documentation aligns with contract terms.
  • Coordinate renewal outreach efforts, including scheduling follow-ups and sending reminders to customers.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as updating account details, processing contract adjustments, and maintaining internal reports.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues related to contract renewals, pricing adjustments, or customer requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, to support smooth renewal operations.
 
Your Experience & Skills:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
