About This Role

As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter at the Houston Properties Team, your primary responsibility will be to attract top-tier talent to our rapidly-growing real estate team.

You will utilize your expertise in recruitment to identify, engage, and secure agents who exemplify our core values of accountability, care, knowledge, transparency, and coachability.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our team by creating an amazing experience for candidates from first contact through onboarding.

Your Goal:

To connect with skilled agents and inspire them to join our team by demonstrating how our brokerage can positively impact their careers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct outreach initiatives to identify potential candidates through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and direct outreach.
  • Engage with prospects on social media platforms, answering questions and sharing information about the Houston Properties Team culture and opportunities.
  • Facilitate introductory meetings and interviews to assess candidates' fit with our organization.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine and promote our employer brand.
  • Manage the recruitment database to ensure we maintain an organized database of potential candidates, tracking interactions and progress.

Requirements

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Possess the ability to build rapport quickly and authentically with candidates.
  • Have a deep understanding of the real estate market and what attracts agents to a brokerage.
  • Are self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:
